What you need

    • Using a TR20 Torx security screwdriver, remove the four 6mm screws.

    • Make sure to hold the backing pad firmly to prevent spinning.

    • After removing the backing pad, carefully pull on the rubber brake to remove it from the housing assembly.

    • Using a TR 20 Torx security screwdriver, remove the single 3mm screw in the center of the bearing cap assembly.

    • Make sure to use pliers or another tool to prevent the fan from spinning, and use a torque wrench or torque screwdriver as the screw is secured with Loctite (a compound to prevent it from loosening).

    • Remove the bearing cap.

    • You may keep the spring washer and washer for reuse if they are not worn/damaged.

You show and mention the washer and spring washer at the end but don’t mention in what order you took them off and replace them… probably obvious for most, but not necessarily so for us dunces.
