Use this guide to replace the pad assembly on your Ryobi P411. The pad of the sander is what is interfacing with the work surface. Because of this, it can often end up damaged. In order to replace any part of the Ryobi P411, use this replacement guide first. Make sure to remove the battery before you begin.

What you need

    • Remove the sanding pad to expose the screws at the bottom of the sander.

    • Remove the four M5 x 8.9mm screws with a T6 Torx screwdriver.

    • Remove the pad assembly.
