Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓This guide will instruct the user on replacing the trigger of the Ryobi P277. This guide does require soldering and removing electrical components.
What you need

Lay the device on its side.

Remove eight 5 mm screws using a TR10 Torx screwdriver.

Separate the two halves by pulling up on the top half.

Locate the red and black wires connecting the trigger to the motor.

Use a soldering iron to separate these wires from the trigger.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. You must use solder to reattach the wires in their correct positions.
