Introduction
This guide will go over the steps necessary to replace the omnidirectional wheel assembly at the front of the Roborock S5. Replacing this wheel assembly is sometimes necessary when there is an excess buildup of dirt, hair, and other fibrous debris that interferes with the wheel's ability to spin freely. In other cases, the wheel assembly can become damaged and need to be replaced entirely.
Before you begin the repair, make sure to turn off the device.
What you need

Power down your Roborock S5 vacuum.

Place it upside down with the omnidirectional wheel facing you.

Grab the wheel with your thumb and index finger and pull up.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
