Ridgid R250SFF Driver Replacement

Introduction

The driver includes the piston, piston ring, and an O-Ring. In order to replace the driver assembly, you will need a 3-Gauge Allen wrench.

What you need

  1. Ridgid R250SFF Driver Replacement, Driver: step 1, image 1 of 3 Ridgid R250SFF Driver Replacement, Driver: step 1, image 2 of 3 Ridgid R250SFF Driver Replacement, Driver: step 1, image 3 of 3

    • Use a 3-Gauge Allen wrench to remove the screws holding the top cap.

    • Remove the cylinder from the tool.

    • Remove the piston from the cylinder.

    • Piston along with piston ring and O-ring should be replaced together, though the rings take priority over the piston.
