Step 1 Visor

Place your helmet on a flat, sturdy surface to ensure an easy removal and replacement process.
Flip the helmet over so that you can see the entire inner bowl of the helmet, as referenced in the provided photo.

Push the chinstrap aside.
It does not necessarily matter where, but we suggest downward.
Pushing the chinstrap aside helps the removal and replacement process in the long run.

With one hand, unscrew the black knob that is located by the facemask and visor.
Unscrew the knob on the other side, located in the same position.

With two fingers, pinch and separate (unclip) the visor clip attached to the facemask.
Be gentle, as the visor itself might slide and scratch up against the facemask.

Again, pinch and separate (unclip) the clip that is attached to the facemask.
For this one, be prepared for the visor to completely slip. Depending on the visor you have, it may stay put or slide. We suggest holding the visor as you remove the second clip.

Hold the top-right corner of the visor and gently pull it through the upper opening of the facemask to remove it.
Sliding it through the top of the facemask reduces the risk of damage, as the visor is not designed to slide through the bottom.
