Turn off the breaker to the bathroom light in your home's circuit panel.

Carefully remove the grill cover on the unit by grasping the outer edges and pulling downward, toward the floor.

Pinch the mounting wires toward each other and pull downward. Do this on both sides.

Unplug the unit. Using a circuit tester, confirm that there is no power running through the fan's circuit.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
