Repairing Display

What you need

    1. Repairing Display, Display: step 1, image 1 of 1
      • Remove the 6 outer screws on the underside of the laptop.

      • Open the battery compartment and remove the 7 visible screws.

      • Pry the corners of the bezel at the base of the keyboard, pushing up until it loosens.

      • Carefully remove the ribbon connections of the keyboard, power button, and wifi button.

      • Disconnect and re-connect the white monitor ribbon located on the left side to make sure it sits firmly in the connection.

      • Reassemble the laptop by following these steps in reverse.

      • The monitor should work when powered on again.
