What you need

  1.     • Take off the top panel and remove the dongle.

    • Heat the mouse feet and remove them with an opening tool or pick.

    • Reapply adhesive to the feet before reinstallation if you're reusing them.

    • Use a T6 Torx screwdriver four screws on the underside of the mouse.

    • Use the iFixit Opening tool to help remove the top middle part as well as the right side.

    • While taking off the middle shell, carefully disconnect the battery compartment connector.

    • Disconnect the programmable button panel connector.

    • On the left panel remove the four 3 mm-long Phillips screws on the button panel.

    • Use the iFixit opening tool to pry the circuit module off and carefully remove the circuit module with precision tweezers (dull).

how does the last part separate? what is the purpose of cleaning the buttons, if you leave them stuck together with coca-cola? You stopped at the hardest part. is this because you also could not separate them ? do they break if you go further? logic? sticking buttons. leave them together, makes sense i get it you now go buy a real mouse that is the lesson. very well done. I have learned my lesson. buy better. Thank you oh wise ones
