    • Remove all keycaps with the keycap puller.

    • You can line up the keycaps in order or take a picture of your keyboard to make it easier to put them back on at the end.

    • Clean the keyboard using a compressed air duster and a small brush or cotton swab.

    • You can also clean your keycaps by soaking them in a bowl with water and soap for about 30 minutes.

    • Remove the switches with the switch puller.

    • Make sure to clamp on the switch vertically instead of horizontally. Then gently pull it out.

    • Taking out the switch by pulling horizontally could damage the switch.

    • Make sure the copper part of the switch faces you when you try to insert the switch.

    • Insert the key switch as straight as possible and press down gently until you hear a click.

    • If you fail to line it up, it will bend the copper part under the switch. This will permanently damage the switch.

    • Place keycaps in their respective position.

    • Make sure all keys are operating well.
