Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓The Protocol Vento drone has four motors. Each motor is located at the base of one of the drone's four arms. This guide will demonstrate how to remove and replace a motor.

Protocol Vento Prying Tool (Protocol Vento)
This tool is included in the original drone kit.

Grasp the tail end of the drone where the lip of the battery protrudes.

Use a moderate amount of force to pry the propeller out of its base. The propeller should pop off.

Unscrew the 4.9mm Phillips #000 screw that is located at the end of the drone's arm.

Hold the base of the arm while gently pulling the motor cover away from the arm.

Grasp the clip’s edges with a pair of tweezers and pull outward.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
