Remove the 9 screws on the plastic cover.

The Orange circle is the screw that holds the bracket in place . this screw does have a bushing on it DO NOT LOSE IT.

Remove screws on left and right wheel and remove wheels from assembly .

You're done ! from here you have complete access to extend mechanism and valve.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. DON'T FORGET TO REPLACE ANY CUT ZIP TIES
