Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓When the backplate is broken, it must be replaced to avoid a safety hazard. It may also be switched out if customization is wanted. This guide shows how to replace the backplate.

Use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove the eight 7.8 mm screws that secure the rear case.
