Pioneer MXT-X366BT Face Plate Replacement

Introduction

This guide shows how to remove the Pioneer MXT-X366BT faceplate. This is useful for preventing theft and replacement.

Note The radio does not need to be removed from the vehicle in order to remove the faceplate.

    • Press the button located on the bottom right hand corner of the radio.

    • Softly pull the face plate from the backing plate to remove the face plate.

To reassemble your device, attach the left side of the head unit by pressing it into the mounting surface at an angle, then press the right side into place. It will snap in and be snug in place.
