Introduction
The rear housing is a plastic part comprising of the plastic side rim and an internal plastic cover for the PCBs. Disassembling the rear housing is required for battery and screen replacement.
What you need

Remove the back cover by lifting it up with a Suction Handle and wedging an Opening Pick under it.

Remove the SIM card tray near the selfie camera. (top-right when viewing from the back side of the phone with the charger port pointing down)

Remove 18 Phillips #00 screws from the rear housing.

The rear housing is held on by clips. Wedge an Opening Pick between the side rim (same appearance as the back cover) and the midframe's rigid outer rim (black). It's easiest to begin unclipping by starting near the SIM card or side button cut-outs.

Continue unclipping the rear housing all around and unstick the plastic piece with adhesive.

Now you can replace the midframe.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
