Introduction

The device being repaired is the Olympus Stylus 1030 SW. The goal of this guide is to be able to remove the front case allowing for replacement or cleaning of the internal portions. The front case protects the inside components.

What you need

Remove the three screws in each corner of the front metal plate using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Remove the front plaate.

Slide the tab on the front case out of the notch and remove the front case.
