What you need

Place the phone with the screen facing down.

Remove the back cover by placing your fingernail or plastic opening tool under the slotted indent at the bottom of the phone.

Carefully remove the battery by placing the plastic opening tool underneath the indent at the bottom of the battery, and pry it up.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Hi, i’ve bought a battery from amazon to this phone. It has the same specs as the old one, but when i put it to charge (on the phone) it only charges untill half and it stays there. Do i need to buy a different battery or is there a way to fix this?
