Introduction
If your Nokia Asha 201 mobile phone will not hold a charge on the battery, does not charge at all, or will not turn on then this guide will help to replace the factory battery. The battery is what powers the device and having a working battery is crucial to a satisfying user experience.
This is a very easy and straightforward repair, there are no special skills needed or tools. Always fully power off the device before attempting to remove the battery to prevent harm to your person as well as the device.

Remove back cover of device by pressing firmly and sliding the cover off.

Using your finger, lift up on battery to remove from the device. You are now ready to replace the old battery with a new one.
