What you need

1. Step 1 Brushroll
  Place the Neato with the bottom side facing up.

  Push down on the two brush guard release buttons located underneath the wheels on the back panel.

4. Step 3
  Remove the brush guard.

5. Step 4
  Grasp the brushroll by both sides, and remove the rubber belt attached to the brushroll by pushing it off the side.
