Introduction
Chicken and veggies from Costco. It's probably somewhat healthy, easy to make, and cheap.
What you need

Get yourself some Tyson Panko Chicken Breast Tenderloins and some Stir-Fry Vegetable Blend from Costco.

Have the pantry essentials on hand:

Salt & Pepper

Fat (oil or butter)

Optional: Dijon Mustard

Get a pan and a lid.

Heat up the pan until the oil is shimmering.

Use a medium heat

Wait until the chicken has ten minutes left.

Pour the frozen veggies into the pan and cover for five or so minutes.

Take the lid off, add some salt and pepper, and stir.

Cook on med-high for another few minutes, stirring regularly.
