These instructions show the removal of the Zune 80GB back casing. Removal of this component allows access to the internal components of the Zune 80GB.
What you need

Use a metal spudger or Zune opening tool to remove the small silver plastic cap on top of the device.

Using a metal spudger or Zune opening tool, remove the aluminum backing starting from the top. There are 5 clips on each side and two on the bottom.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
