Introduction
If your Marshall Uxbridge speaker (model 1005605) is having issues connecting to Bluetooth, no power, or audio processing failures after replacing the power port use this guide to replace the motherboard.
The motherboard connects all speaker components in one spot. If damaged, it can cause issues with power, Bluetooth connectivity, and audio distortion.
Before using this guide, inspect all components for dust and debris. You can clear a small amount of dust and debris by following these steps:
Before beginning the motherboard replacement, make sure the device is powered off and unplugged from the power source.
What you need

Orient your speaker so that the back is facing you.

Use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove the six 19mm screws from the back plate.

Use an iFixit opening pick to remove and lift the back plate to expose the connected wires.

Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the six 12 mm screws from the motherboard.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
