Introduction

If your Marshall Major IV headphones are uncomfortable on your ears, painful to wear, or have no sound coming from one side or both, then one or both of your ear cushions may be broken. The ear cushions usually have a lifespan of multiple years but continuous wear and tear can lead to it needing to be replaced sooner than expected.

Twist each ear pad counter-clockwise to remove it.

Take the replacement cushion, line it up with the grooves on the ear cup. Place the cushion onto the ear cup and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
