What you need

1. Step 1 Back Panel
  Remove all ten 6.6 mm screws with a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

2. Step 2
  Use the plastic opening tool to lift up and remove the casing.

1. Step 3 RAM
  Use a spudger to gently bend down the locking tabs on the RAM casing.

2. Step 4
  Use a spudger to gently lift the RAM casing, then lift it up and off.

3. Step 5
  Gently take hold of the RAM card and lift slightly.
  
  Pull the RAM card directly out of its port.
