Unscrew every screw of the bottom of the phone and use guitar picks to remove the plastic frame of the phone

With tweezers remove the front facing camera piece on the motherboard, and insert the new piece in the position of the old one.

Hey! I actually want to change my LG K10 front cam for one that has more megapixels so I can take better selfies like all these modern phones do and all.. So I was wondering how and where can I find a phone cámara like the one u showed on ur video but with higher megapixels??? Perhaps 10 or 15 MP?? Or even higher if possible, Thanks!!!
