Introduction
This is a replacement guide for the charging port of the Kyocera Hydro Life. This guide requires specialized soldering knowledge and tools. Please ensure that you have these tools before attempting this guide.
What you need

Use a PH0 screwdriver to remove the 6 screws which are holding the panel in the phone.

Remove the frame from around the back of the phone.

Then remove the back panel of the phone.

Remove the white sticker from in the middle of the phone.

Remove the motherboard without breaking it by placing it to the side. It will still be attached to the phone.

Replace the charging port and ribbon.

If the copper-plated sticker is damaged, it will need to be replaced as well.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
