Introduction

Does your tablet give out poor sound or does not give sound at all? It is probably time to change your speakers. Refer to this guide to learn how to change your speakers. This will require you to solder so use this guide to help.

What you need

Step 1 Speakers

Kurio Motion Speakers Replacement, Speakers: step 1, image 1 of 1

Use the Phillips #0 Screwdriver to remove four 5mm screws from sides of the device.

Step 2

Use the Ifixit opening tool to pry open the device to remove the back of the Kurio Motion.

Step 3

Remove the tape covering the tape from the edges of the battery.

Step 4

Use your soldering tool to solder the wires that are connected to the motherboard. There should be four wires.

Step 5

Use your spudger to carefully pry out the speakers from underneath.
