Introduction
This guide will demonstrate how to replace a sewing machine lightbulb. The sewing machine used in this guide is a Kenmore 385.15516000, however anyone with a sewing machine that requires a push-in bulb can use this guide. No tools are required to complete this fast fix.

Push the lightbulb up and simultaneously twist the light bulb clockwise (until the button knob is to the far left as possible) and pull out the lightbulb.

Match up the button pin of the new lighbulb to the slot.

Push in the new lightbulb and twist the lightbulb counter clockwise.

The lightbulb is secure when it has been pushed in and locked in to the right.
