Introduction
If your KYVOL CYBOVAC E20 is having issues turning, issues with traction, or not moving at all due to nonfunctional wheels, use this guide to replace the wheels.
The wheels are used to move the device wherever it determines based off of a set path by the user.
Before using this guide, be sure to examine the wheels and make sure there isn't anything lodged in the wheel compartment. Doing this could simply be done by seeing if there are any abnormalities with the wheels on the device.
In step 3, you will be required to remove a connection that powers the wheels. You should ensure that the device is powered down prior to following this guide.
What you need
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Hey i need help bc the cable broke down and i cant find any information on what cable this is. its the one going from the wheel motor to the platine. it has 5 cables and on the one side its 6 pins but only 5 used and on the other side its 5 pins. does anybody happen to know what cable this is?
