Introduction

As with many fully automatic coffee machines, the coffee spout becomes clogged with coffee grease. The coffee only runs on one side, and it often spills out everywhere. The Z5 is particularly easy to clean, which should also happen more often, so the coffee gets a better aroma.

Turn the Jura sign counterclockwise with your hand.

A Torx T10 screw becomes visible underneath.
Unscrew the screw.
Lift off the large chrome trim.
It may jam a bit.

Insert a flat lever tool into the gap at the outlet nozzles.
Carefully lift the outlet nozzles out downwards.
It may jam a little bit.
As you can see, the nozzles on this machine were very dirty, the coffee came out everywhere. Clean everything very well.
