    • Lost your charging case? No problem! Used charging cases are available online for a fraction of the cost of a new set of earbuds. The earbuds don't have to match the case for it to charge them.

    • If the earbuds and/or case don't light up, the batteries are probably flat. Plug the case in for a while then try the earbuds again.

    • Both types of case have an attached USB plug - USB-A for the Go Air Sport, USB-C for the Go Sport+.

    • Note that the Go Air Sport case has a reversible USB-A plug. If it won't charge, plug it into the USB port the other way up.

Conclusion

Leave the earbuds and case to charge for a while if needed.
