Introduction
The JLab Go Sport+ and Go Air Sport earbuds fit in almost identical charging cases. As the charging pins in the cases match the contacts on the earbuds, the cases are interchangeable between models in a pinch.

Lost your charging case? No problem! Used charging cases are available online for a fraction of the cost of a new set of earbuds. The earbuds don't have to match the case for it to charge them.

If the earbuds and/or case don't light up, the batteries are probably flat. Plug the case in for a while then try the earbuds again.

Both types of case have an attached USB plug - USB-A for the Go Air Sport, USB-C for the Go Sport+.

Note that the Go Air Sport case has a reversible USB-A plug. If it won't charge, plug it into the USB port the other way up.

Leave the earbuds and case to charge for a while if needed.
