Introduction
If your Inse vacuum (model N500) is producing poor or limited suction quality as a result of a worn down or damaged brush roller, use this guide to replace the brush roller. The brush roller’s main function is to sweep debris into the vacuum’s line of suction. Without this, the vacuum performance is restricted to a smaller surface area.

Press down on the release tab on the bottom of the vacuum to release the brush roller.
