What you need

1. Step 1 Motherboard
  Lift open the back cover
  
  Disconnect the Battery
  
  Disconnect the SIMcard
  
  Remove the MicroSD card from its slot

2. Step 2
  Remove the 8 screws on the back and place them on the magnetic mat

4. Step 3
  Pull of the back cover using the plastic opening tool

5. Step 4
  Carefully detach the LCD and speaker ribbons from the Motherboard using the pliers

6. Step 5
  replace the motherboard with a new one and re-attach the ribbon wires to the motherboard
