The Charging Port on the Huawei MediaPad M3 can go defunct and cause issues when trying to keep or fully charge the device. This guide will serve to show how to replace the charging port in the quickest and most efficient way.

Using the TE-03 Metal Wedge Tool, remove the display by gently sliding it under the edge of the display.

Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove three 3.0mm screws from the metal casing on the charging port.

Using the tweezers, remove the ribbon cable from the charging port.

Using the tweezers, remove the black piece attached to the green charging port.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
