Huawei Ascend G610 Ear speaker Replacement

Remove the back cover.

Remove the battery.

With a cross-head screwdriver remove 9 side screws that secure the back case.

Remove the adhesive to find the underlying screw.

Remove the shortest central screw near the SIM card slot.

With the help of a thin tool, pry open the back case.

Remove the display connector.

Remove the touch screen digitizer connector.

Remove the ambient light sensor connector.

Unplug the connector that joins the main motherboard with the dock.

Unplug the motherboard securely fastened at 3 points and remove it.

With the help of a heat source to loosen the adhesive, remove the broken ear speaker and replace it with the new one.
