    • Switch off the phone.

    • Press and hold the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power button.

    • When you see the Ascend logo release the Power key but continue holding Volume Up/Down keys.

    • Use the Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and the Power On key for OK.

    • Select one by one: - "wipe data/factory reset" - "Yes -- delete all user data" - "reboot system now"
