Introduction
Frequent use and storage of cooking pans can cause them to warp and deteriorate over time. Cooking pans can last for years when they’re given proper care. If you happen to accidentally damage your cooking pan, the tools and steps included in this repair will help salvage your pan. Once you have finished your repair, please store it in a safe location to prevent future damage.

Locate the hard surface you will use for the repair.

Turn on the stove to medium heat to warm up the bottom of the cooking pan that is warped.

As soon as the pan is warm or hot to the touch, quickly remove it from the stove.

Turn off the stove and place the pan, bottom up, on top of the towel that is placed on the hard surface.

Place the second towel on top of the bottom of the pan that is facing upward.

Place the block of wood on top of the second towel that is placed on the pan.
