Place the clothing item with the set-in oil stain on a FLAT surface.
Locate the stain and position the clothing so the affected area is clearly visible and easy to access.

Apply the Dawn dish soap over the affected area.
Sprinkle the baking soda over the dish soap until the affected area is completely covered.

Scrub in the Dawn dish soap and baking soda into the affected area.
You will need to make sure to scrub very well so this may take up to a few minutes.

In the second image, I sprinkled more baking soda over the scrubbed area.

After the clothing has sat for the 2 hours, you will need to prepare the washing machine.
Sprinkle the OxiClean detergent into the washing machine.
Put the laundry detergent into the washing machine.
All washing machines are different so make sure you are putting the OxiClean and laundry detergent in the correct areas of your washing machine.

Place the clothing in the washing machine.
Make sure the water temperature is set on warm, then press start.
You want to make sure that the washing machine is set to do a full wash and not a quick wash so it can fully wash out all of the Dawn dish soap and baking soda.

After the clothing has completely finished washing, take it out and hang it up using the hanger.

Once fully dry, make sure to check and see if the set-in oil stain has been removed completely.
You should have a brand new piece of clothing, oil stain free!

Conclusion
