This guide should also work on the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. Visuals and placement may vary, but the end result will stay the same.

Find a thin pin or unfolded paperclip

Insert the makeshift device into a small hole below the sync button. Push it as far as it'll go and your discs should pop out.
