Introduction
Use this guide to repair cracks or broken pieces on a ceramic vase. Cracks can cause water leakage and prevent you from displaying your delicate flowers inside of your vase. Gorilla glue adhesive and putty can help seal the cracks and prevent water leakage. Before using this guide inspect the damage of the vase. Cracks that are small or higher up may not require the use of putty. Be sure to wash your hands after using adhesive because it can irritate your skin and eyes. Adhesive can also be dangerous if accidently digested.

Examine the damage to the vase. Determine how large the cracks and chips are.

Apply ceramic adhesive to the broken pieces and press them together for two minutes.

After the vase dries, clean the areas with a cloth where chunks of ceramic are missing.

Use a chisel scraper to fill in the missing areas with putty and allow it to dry completely.

Select a paint that matches the vase and use a soft paintbrush to paint the dry putty wall.
