How to Fix Loose Stitching on a Blanket

Remove the loose threading using a pair of sewing scissors.

Pin down the edges of the blanket one finger width apart using the safety pins.

Choose the color of thread that best matches the original thread color.

Push the thread through the eye of the needle.

Begin sewing the blanket, making sure the stiches aren't too close together.

When finished sewing, cut the remaining thread.

Tie the thread in a knot to close off the blanket.

Remove all the extra thread remaining on the blanket.
