Introduction
If your Hover-1 Rally (model H1-RALY) scooter will not brake, use this guide to replace the acceleration lever. The brake switch is located next to the left handlebar grip and is easy to replace. Replace this part if it is damaged or immovable.
Check your brake pad first before using this guide. A worn down brake pad is a more common cause of the scooter not braking.
Make sure to power off the scooter before starting this guide.

Rotate and pull the left handle to unscrew it from the handlebar.

Hi good afternoon. I have a Rally H-1 scooter. It seems that my front wheel motor is messed up. But I can't find any parts fvor this scooter. I went on Hoover 1 website. But they don't have any parts available.
