using your scissors, carefully cut through the fabric just enough so you can remove it from the speaker's body.

using your spludger, pry out the 8 plastic plugs that are hiding the screws.

using your screwdriver, remove the 8 screws that are holding the speaker's body together.

using your spludger, carefully pry into the base.

using your screwdriver, remove the 6 screws that are holding the speaker in place.

using the spludger, carefully pry under the speaker to get it out.

carefully using 2 fingers, remove both of the connectors that connect to the speaker from the motherboard.
