Introduction

This guide provides instruction on how to replace the RAM module.

What you need

1. Step 1 Battery
  Located on the bottom side of your laptop, slide the battery release latch to the left, towards the center of the laptop.
  
  Lift the battery up, and pull towards the center of the laptop to remove it.

1. Step 2 RAM
  Loosen the screw that secures the service cover.
  
  Pull the service cover towards you to remove it.

3. Step 3
  Unlock the tabs on each side of the ram module. (this lifts the ram module up)

4. Step 4
  Remove the ram module by pulling it gently away from the slot.
