Before proceeding with the reassembly of the hand blender, we will lubricate the 2 motor shafts with a little bit of petroleum jelly or grease.

Place the white PCB support cover and the electronic PCB into their corresponding recess.

Insert the motor and locate the 2 slotted guides, as the white motor support cover must be inserted into those guides.

With the plastic slot aligned with the guides, push the white part in until it is fully seated.

Install the front cone with the 2 screws that secure it.

Insert the 2 buttons + spring; they are pressure-fit.

Insert the white gear for the speed potentiometer. Note that it has a specific orientation on the shaft; insert it carefully without forcing it.

Insert the cable outlet protector and place the white plastic bracket that holds it in place.

Install the speed control button. Note: it is directional; verify that it rotates to the maximum and minimum positions.

Install the top cover, snapping it into place.

We check the entire assembly and test that the blender works correctly.

These 2 components, bridge rectifier + input fuse, have been the cause of the failure.
