Use this guide to replace or remove the SIM card tray on your Google Pixel 5a.

What you need

Step 1 Eject the SIM card tray

SIM Card Eject Tool

Insert a SIM card eject tool into the small hole on the right side edge of the frame.
A standard SIM card eject tool may be too wide for the job. Don't force the tool in—use a small paperclip, or a properly sized tool, like the SIM eject bit.
Press firmly until you feel the SIM card tray pop out.
Remove the SIM card tray from the phone.
