Follow this guide to eject the SIM card tray in order to remove and replace the SIM card for your Pixel 3 XL.
What you need

Insert a SIM eject tool, bit, or a straightened paper clip into the small hole, located at the bottom edge of the phone.

Press firmly to eject the tray.
