This video is about repairing a broken damper doo rather than replacing the regulator assembly.

Empty Fridge, remove the regulator at the top rear of the fridge, check and see if its a broken damper door. assuming it is remove the damper motor assembly with the broken door and use a heat gun to weld them back together. adjust the assembly as needed and replace the damper assembly and test.
