Start by pressing the top cover retainer button and lifting the top cover off of the gun.

-
-
Lift the tabs on the small black cap behind the trigger, and then remove the cap.
-
Pull the wires out from under the tabs on the spring plate that runs along the top of the gearbox.
-
Carefully remove the spring plate by tapping it gently with a plastic hammer until it slides off the front of the gearbox.
-
-
-
Remove the four remaining gearbox screws with a 2mm hex driver.
-
Hold down the cylinder with your thumb while prying the gearbox apart from the top.
-
As you remove the right half of the gearbox, be sure to hold down the cylinder, piston, and spring assembly so that they do not pop out under tension.
-
Also keep a close eye out for any gear shims that may dislodge themselves as you are taking the gearbox apart.
-
-
-
Slowly lift the spring guide out of the gearbox along with the piston spring.
-
Remove the entire piston and cylinder assembly with the tappet plate, tappet plate spring, and air nozzle.
-
Remove the trigger assembly and lift up the wire harness, unhooking the trigger plunger spring in the process.
-
-
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
