Introduction
This guide is meant to be used with the intention to replace the battery.
Warning: Ensure that the battery is not so damaged that it would inflict user harm upon replacement. Do not forget to properly dispose of the old battery once it is replaced.
What you need

To gain access to the battery, flip the camera so that is upside down.

Pull on the lever while at the same time pulling outwards, away from the device.

Open the battery compartment.

Pull the grey lever towards the device; this should dislodge the battery from the compartment.

Pull the battery out of the compartment, and replace it with a newly functional battery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
